This dinner buffet is a Japanese themed seafood buffet that features a whole bunch of delectable eats like Japanese sashimi, urchin kaisen ko don, sukiyaki, and wagyu cuisines; as well as a seafood corner presenting shucking live oyster, snow crab leg, mussels, and more.🦪🥩🍣🍡

One of the most remarkable dishes has to be the USA live oysters that are freshly shucked by the chefs in front of you! They were so fresh and briny, and with a firm texture to savor!😋
Other than that, the Gyukatsu, AKA the deep-fried wagyu beef cutlet; and the slow-cooked wagyu chuck eye roll were incredibly delectable.🥩 The Gyukatsu was crispy and savory while the wagyu chuck eye roll was extremely juicy and tender, especially when you eat it with a bit of horseradish sauce!🍴
