The ingredients are cut into small equal slices. including red peper, yellow pepper, green pepper, carrot, jelly fish, salmon and shark fin. For the salmon, as you can observed, the quality of it is quite satisfactory, the fat and thin ratio is nice and you can tell it is fresh. about the shark fin, actually i think it is quite cruel and it does not really have a taste. surprisingly i have to say the quality of veggie is very surprising. as we know, the veggie contains loads of water content, as would be easily dry up when it has been cut and left in room temperature for some time. However, the veggie is watery and sweet, so i have to praise that they are well prepared and just in time for customer!
