Opened since 1964, 珠江酒家 in Sham Shui Po is one of the oldest restaurants in Hong Kong. 水煮牛肉 Sichuan Style Beef
Thought it would be a bowl of spicy broth but it was served on a plate. Best dish of the night. Strong mala flavor, very tender big pieces of marinated beef.
