If you ask anybody on the Internet, where the most traditional dim sum place to go in Hong Kong is.  You may well get the answer of Lin Heung Lau, which is shown in the picture. It is known for its long history in making traditional dim sum. There are many tycoons and influential people still having their breakfast here every morning.I went here because i love the yum cha place in Central. We have to search the seat ourselves. Some old dim sum were sold here, such as big bun (dai bao in cantonese), 銀針粉, etc. You probably cant find big bun in many dim sum place in Hong kong

I like this cake most (ma lai go), it had heavy brown sugar taste and it was so soft. You can also taste the salted egg yolk in this cake.

Food was delicious but you had to search for seat and the place was a bit noisy!!
