It has been a long while since i last dined out with my parents, thus I decided to have chinese cuisine restaurant with them this time round. They suggested Fung Shing restaurant as it belonged to traditional type and quality was quite good. They have several branches in Hong Kong, thus we went to their Whampoa branch. Deep fried shrimp toast - It was fried till crispy outside and yet the prawn was still juicy and chewy. Salad cream was provided to enhance the taste of the prawn.
Crispy fried chicken - This was one of their signature dishes and it certainly did not disappoint. The skin was fried till crispy and was thin in texture. Meat was juicy and smooth, with some fats in it.
Fried rice - This was considered their signature fried rice. There were many ingredients in it such as prawn, BBQ meat, eggs and tomato etc. It was fried till flavourful, but the texture was slightly watery.
