進入餐廳的第一印象就像離開了香港,身處意大利村莊的一間小餐廳。整間餐廳一點也不奢華,向街有一面雕刻了圖案的玻璃窗是餐廳的打卡位。

這裡能夠品嚐到意大利地道口味的菜式,它的 Tagliatelle (面積較寬的長麵) ,外表有點像中式的河粉,但這麵條彈牙很多。
Here you can taste authentic Italian dishes. Tagliatelle (longer noodles with a wider area) looks like Chinese Pho, but it is more elastic.
麵條做得很出色,配的是新鮮牛肝菌及磨菇忌廉醬汁。

前菜我們選了吉樂餅,在意大利文中稱為「Crocchette」。將馬鈴薯煮軟弄成泥狀,並將各樣蔬菜配料混合後,揉成圓餅狀沾上少許麵粉後再裹上麵包糠以油炸烹調。
For the appetizer, we selected "Crocchette" in Italian. Mixed potato puree and vegetables ingredients, knead it into a round cake, dip it in a little flour, and then wrap it in breadcrumbs to cook.
餐前的麵包已細心切開小塊,混和隨麵包配上的橄欖油,將橄欖的芬芳香氣和味道完全的誘發出來。

另外就是簡單又美味 的 Spaghetti vongole,是一道非常受義大利人歡迎的海鮮菜色。常見使用 spaghetti ,就是我們最熟悉的義大利麵條。這道菜式很有歷史了,變化作法也存在不少。最常見的有原汁(in bianco)和用小番茄調味(con pomodorini)兩種方式。L 較喜歡原汁版本,比較肥厚的vongole 原汁特別鮮美,不品嚐原味的話就可惜了。
