My friend visited me from the US and we wanted to try some traditional restaurants. We ordered vegetable dumplings and the vegetable inside are just vegetable, i.e. lack of any taste. Just like you put some boiled vegetable inside without any seasonings.
Stirred Sesame Noodle:
The dressing was good and you can enjoy the favour of sesame. There were also cucumber on the top of the noodle, this made the noodle more fresh and healthy.
The texture of noodle was good, not too soft but just enough to crew with.
Teared up chicken
The amount of chicken was just a few. Overall it was too salty and touch. You can only tease the salinity of the sauces but nothing from the chicken.
