Recently dined at Tempura Ippo in Soho and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant gives a traditional Japanese atmosphere that transports you straight to Japan. We opted for the Omakase menu and ordered sake and high all. We asked about the oil that they use as the dishes do not taste too oily and heavy (despite being tempura).
