There's a good reason why this restaurant is still running after 50 years, when the average half-life of restaurants are now less than 2. We ordered the signature dishes: 燒乳鴿 and 椒鹽蝦 and they are still the same high standards from 10 years back. To get the best taste out of 乳鴿 you have to eat with your hands (same thing when you eat your pizza). The surprise was the 白粥 which my wife was raving through out the meal of how good it was.

Another classic dish that is difficult to do well is 蝦子柚皮 and they nailed it.
