[ Treehouse | 中環 ] Lunch at the premium food hall today, packed with office workers on lunch break as it is Wednesday at 13:00 but still managed to find seats at the bar tables. Not that much space between tables especially with the added servers walking around. Decided to get Treehouse’s flatbread at the end, was craving something Mediterranean anyways.

Even though it is short, its still very filling 👍, could have made it a combo too.
Whole-wheat sourdough flatbread is by far the best I’ve had (beats MANA! because it’s sourdough 😝) the nutty, sourness is delicious and the bread is fluffy and warm, coated with the zesty and herby za’atar = 💯 Especially loved the extra folded part in the wrap that went great with hummus and herb sauce as it was chewy and well covered with za’atar so not bland.
Roasted pumpkin is cold but soft and creamy, strong pumpkin flavor. Good amount of big chunks too. Roasted garlic hummus is delicious but too creamy for my liking, no little chunks of chickpeas for good bite (like Kale) but super delicious, wish it had spreader across the wrap more evenly though. Kale and romaine is covered in herb dressing, super delicious and fresh, however I did get the head of a romaine lettuce inside and it was bitter but I enjoyed the crunch either way 😂. Avocado is creamy and ripe, not a lot though. Highly enjoyed the herb sauce, it is light and perfect with pumpkin and flatbread.
Topping selection is more flexible than Mana! which doesn’t include base selection and has pumpkin, you can also select a sauce and the flatbread is sourdough 😋
One flaw is the wrapping. Definitely needs improvement, most of my hummus and avocado went to the bottom where there is a hole and escaped from the wrap, had to use a knife to spread it back onto the flatbread 😬

💬 Overall, loved the food selection at this food court, want to come back to try their other vendors too but will definitely visit treehouse again in their flagship store. It does get super crowded and busy during lunch hours on weekdays but there is still few seats for 1-2 parties. Midway through my meal, the lights also started changing colors and matched the disco music playing, enjoyed the fun atmosphere and vintage music playing throughout (Mamma mia 🤣)
