約咗好耐冇見嘅朋友出嚟見面揀左黎呢度食星期六十二點幾嚟到，都滿咗九成，好彩仲有一個卡位menu全英文，但都有好多材料嘅description，亦都有圖片四個人叫四個餐，egg royale(pouched egg, salmon, english muffin with hollandaise sauce, sided with potatoes), beef and cheese skillet, banana pancake with full breakfast(bacon, potato), Pandan waffle with honey, pistachio, almond and raisins, sided with Apollo vanilla ice cream等咗一陣就嚟lu~先來egg royalepouched egg太硬，蛋黃亦唔夠流心，texture有點兒老...反而salmon幾好味，味道好出，蓋過晒蛋嘅味sauce嘅味道亦唔太出，有點失望薯仔幾好，薯味夠，脆脆地，帶少少鹹香beef and cheese skillet亦都有好多薯粒牛肉粒好"鞋"，韌韌

等咗一陣就嚟lu~先來egg royale
pouched egg太硬，蛋黃亦唔夠流心，texture有點兒老...反而salmon幾好味，味道好出，蓋過晒蛋嘅味sauce嘅味道亦唔太出，有點失望薯仔幾好，薯味夠，脆脆地，帶少少鹹香
beef and cheese skillet亦都有好多薯粒牛肉粒好"鞋"，韌韌地，但都有牛味
可能係因為skillet嘅熱力，令到蛋比eggs royale嘅老好好好多...
覺得冇乜特別
banana pancake with full breakfast嘅pancake好好味pancake本身嘅香蕉味夠香甜，口感軟綿綿唔錯唔錯但bacon就炸?煎?到冇晒水份，無晒煙肉味，得個脆字，雖然係好american嘅煮法，不過我一向都唔明白點解american鍾意咁樣食@@"
pandan waffle,本身想要green tea ice cream,落單嘅時候waitress話ice cream可能會蓋過班蘭嘅味道，建議我哋揀vanilla或者coconut, 最尾揀咗vanilla其實個waffle嘅班蘭味唔夠，可以話冇乜味，即使係vanilla都可以輕易搶咗佢嘅味道...
waffle本身幾好食嘅，脆脆地，夠moist and fluffy，只係突出唔到斑蘭嘅味道
雪糕無乜好講，標準嘅apollo
環境ok啦，我哋坐嘅位比較入，所以有啲暗
係度傾咗好耐計都無人催只係後來真係太多人係出面等先好有禮貌咁同我哋講，好好
朋友話呢度食嘅嘢同佢係美國食嘅一模一樣，好『正宗』
不過味道都普通，試過就夠
