Came here just to check this one off the list. The venue is undoubtedly the perfect dating spot taking in the Victoria Harbour view. Great vibe too with the futuristic decor. But the food. The drinks. The service. Gosh. Where should I even begin. Ordered 2 Bellini. $130 each. And they served in sad tiny water glasses 😳 Beetroot avocado salad with quinoa, baby spinach and goat cheese ($88). Hmm. I let the photo speak for itself. You can also see the sad Bellini behind.Polpette (pork and beef meat

Polpette (pork and beef meatballs cooked in mama’s tomato sauce) ($88). As it arrived its aroma already reminded me so much of the meatballs that we usually get from IKEA. Had a bite. Its texture and the flavour ARE exactly that of IKEA. Save IKEA does it better with a side of cranberry sauce.
Finally. After nearly an hour after the starters and having asked servers to check with the kitchen for 3-4 times, the pizza (Amalfi, $168) finally arrived. It was already past 9pm. But in all fairness it was good, with generous toppings of octopus and king prawns in a lobster bisque. The flavour reminded me of Takoyaki 章魚燒. The crust was light and fluffy but became very soggy towards the end.
Overall pizza done what is written on the wall (History in the Baking) a bit of justice. Other than this, the resto needs to seriously step up its games in terms of everything else.
