As there are many good-written reviews in openrice, I visited this restaurant again though I was not quite satisfied with Porcini Ravioli which I ate at the first time. At nearly seven o’clock, there was a queue outside the restaurant. Fortunately, I had a seat immediately. Once I sat down, I felt quite cold and then I wore a jacket. The waiter then asked me whether the air-conditioner was too cold for me. This considerate question made me had the warm feeling especially he was busy at that time

Also, it was he, would ask you whether satisfied with the food.

Saffron is a spice derived from the flower of saffron crocus’ stigmas which are collected and dried to be used mainly as a seasoning and colouring agent in food. Saffron is among the world's most costly spices by weight.

I ordered Prawn Saffron Risotto at the price of $99 because I want to know how Saffron taste as it was so expensive. In fact, I tried Saffron dish in Steak Kitchen before but I could not tell the flavour. Therefore, I tried one more time in order to find out its taste. To my disappointment, I still could not distinguish the Saffron flavour after savoring this dish. Also, because of the subtle lightening, I could not see whether the risotto’s color was orange yellow. Later I found the information of Saffron , stated that it was hay-like fragrance.

Disregarded the taste of Saffron, underneath the decoration of carrot and red beetroot strips, there were taste like garlic chives (韮菜花) and so I supposed they were garlic chives. They were finely chopped into small grains, less than 2mm in length! The risotto was nearly thoroughly cooked and not creamy. Black pepper and garlic chives were the main condiments. Since the black pepper overpowered the taste of garlic chives, I think cheese instead of black pepper would be more wonderful. I liked the prawn most in this dish because of the nice seasoning of pepper and prawn’s freshness was alright.

AT the time I visited, there were two tables which had birthday celebrations. While the waiter delivered the birthday cake, birthday song was playing loudly and the song was playing twice as there were two celebrations. The volume was too high so I could not enjoy the birthday song which originally delivered happy and relax atmosphere.
