Ordered the impossible bolognese, the pesto rocket mushroom quesadilla and the grilled cauliflower with beetroot hummus and avocado oat milk smoothie . All the dishes tasted yum. The impossible bolognese tasted like your regular bolognese with generous amount of impossible mince "meat". The pesto rocket quesadilla had a bit of a kick in heat and flavour which was quite nice. The pesto rocket quesadilla had a bit of a kick in heat and flavour which was quite nice.
The "hummus" I love the most as it has lots of cauliflower and the beetroot sauce complemented it quite well. I know it doesn't look like your regular hummus but it tasted really good. The cauliflowers were gently roasted which gave it a bit of crunchiness.
It's hard to make vegan food taste good but the years definitely nails it
