Watermelon soft serve in a slice of watermelon. The watermelon tasted authentic with a mild nutty hint which is better than I expected, but the actual fruit wasn't as sweet as it looked.

Crossed over with the old Chinese Sausage Brand 錦祥號, that the flavorful meat and the chive turned the roll aromatic, but personally not a fan for the cream cheese stuffed in the middle as its oily texture made the bun a bit soggy.
