I'm a new fan! The shop was quite clean and unlike other herbal tea shops in the area, this one has a section where we can actually sit down. We order two turtle jellys (龜苓膏) and I absolutely love the slightly chewy top layer that comes with it. The jelly is not too bitter and in fact I love the fact that you can feel the slight crunch on the powdery herb inside the jelly. There was not a need for me to put syrup in it at all.The "got choi sui" (葛菜水) was on the house and it was so "umami" and

The "got choi sui" (葛菜水) was on the house and it was so "umami" and sweet! (especially, after the just slightly bitter turtle jelly).
It was a perfect match!
