The crispy pata was crispy and not very oily. The two sauces, vinegar and sweet liver made the dish that much more enjoyable. The crispy pata also came with raw onion rings which were a refreshing treat ( if your an onion person like me ). The fried squid was also yummy. Tender, not over cooked with just the right amount of season. Unlike traditional styles which are accompanied by lemon this was presented with a side of sweet chili sauce. i didn't care for it and the squid was better unadultera

We also ordered the Philippine sour fish soup. Very lemony and fishy, not very many spices unlike a tom yum but it was nice to have something soupy to go with the fried food. The soup also had lots of vegetable but next time I'll try another soup.
