Kiku is a Japanese restaurant located in the basement of Landmark, and is run by the M.A.X. Concepts group (which also runs Pearl on the Peak, Lawry's, SimplyLife, Cafe Landmark etc.). (1) My friend and I ordered a U.S. Beef Sukiyaki (for two persons) ($420) to share. There is a Wagyu Beef option which costs $880. The amount of food in the pot was quite generous, and the beef, while not as tender as wagyu beef, was firm and had a good bite. The Sukiyai didn't come with rice so we had to order it separately.
(2) One of us ordered the Grilled cod fish in miso paste lunch set ($230). The cod fish was well grilled on the surface and the taste was good, but we wished it was a bit juicier.
