After watching the TVB interview, was intrigued by their 酒浸鵝肝.With great expectation, walked all the way there from Wanchai MTR station for lunch.Obviously ordered 酒浸鵝肝, as well as deep fried pig intestine, and pan-fried chicken w/ noodles. The verdict: - The goose liver is smooth like butter but lacks the taste and aroma of foie gras. - The pig intestines is skinny, but doesn't have the "end of the butt" smell you sometimes find with the street-hawker version. - The pan-fried chicken tastes

- The pig intestines is skinny, but doesn't have the "end of the butt" smell you sometimes find with the street-hawker version.
- The pan-fried chicken tastes like the ordinary frozen chicken thigh (not recommend). The noodles taste much better.
Again, what you saw on TV is not what you get most of the time.
