Unacceptable service

I have eaten there once and it was OK, by Ap Lei Chau standard, although they missed my order completely and I had to wait half an hour for my breakfast. On my second visit today, the restaurant was full when i got there and I was asked to wait outside, which I patiently did. After a while, I noticed other people who arrived later than me just walked straight into the restaurant and got a table. Apparently when they said wait outside, they had no intention of letting you know when a table bec

After a while, I noticed other people who arrived later than me just walked straight into the restaurant and got a table. Apparently when they said wait outside, they had no intention of letting you know when a table became available, so unless you kept an eye on people leaving, you would be left waiting outside forever.

I was furious. I know this is Ap Lei Chau and this is a "Cha Chan Teng" and I can't expect 5 star service, but having a waiting system on a first come first serve basis is the minimum you would expect from any restaurant in HK?

I will never return.
