This big fat unagi has a rich, slightly sweet and smoky flavor that comes from the grilling process and the sauce used to coat it.
Overall, unagi tamago rice is a flavorful and satisfying dish with a sweet and savory taste, and a combination of textures that make it a popular and comforting ed with kale but luckily it isn’t this time as I find kales bitter. Some refreshing Japanese sesame salad dressing is added on the chicken and vegetables. It’s a relatively healthier selection of salad dressings compared to dressings such as Thousand Island dressing.
