As I said before, HK people have talent on cooking beef brisket. I learn nine kee in tourist book and my colleague told me this shop make even better than that. So have a visit before my cycling trip.After queuing for 30 minutes, finally got a seat and luckily the most popular SONG NAM is still in stock. Other than the rich beef flavour and soft texture, my mouth was jammed by the collagen came from those connective tissue. Quite similar to having slow cook beef cheek. The soup is also beefy! Sh
