We made a booking to have lunch there on Friday, 25 December 2016. When we turned up, we saw a sign saying (words to the effect of) "restaurant is closed for a function". We then found out from a staff that the kitchen decided the night before that it could not cope with serving customers that were not part of the function. They did not have the courtesy to call me to cancel the booking. Shocking.
