It was exciting to see a new branched in Sai Wan Ho so we wanted ti grab a quick lunch to try the quality of sushi.🔹SUSHI VARIETY🍣Ordered, tuna, sashimi salmon and the salmon sushi roe. Quality of sushi is better than other branches where the salmon seemed like to just come out unthawed from the fridge. It was thick cut & tender. The presentation of the salmon sashimi was neat with a lot of radish. 🔹CHEESE MOCHI 🧀🍡Also tried the Cheese Mochi for the person. It was quite greasy but the crispy lay

Also tried the Cheese Mochi for the person. It was quite greasy but the crispy layer was nice. Lots of cheese leaking out as soon as you have a bite but expect the mochi to drip and get floppy as it is soaked in oil. Size is too big I think for mochi. There were 2 pieces but even one piece was a little too much for one person. Yummy & interesting concept but size a little too big.
Service was efficient & staff was helpful so satisfied overall. Will definitely come back again 😊👍🏼
