People have been raving about the spicy rigatoni vodka from Carbone. Yes, it was good — perfect al dente textured pasta drenched in a slightly spicy and very creamy sauce. I would say the unique thing about Carbone is their sauce. It’s something that I had never tasted or tried elsewhere, and it made the visit unforgettable
