People have been raving about the spicy rigatoni vodka from Carbone. Yes, it was good — perfect al dente textured pasta drenched in a slightly spicy and very creamy sauce. Yet, their lobster ravioli totally stole the limelight. With every bite I took, I went utterly speechless. The skin was of course al dente, while the lobster meat was succulent and fresh.
