Unhappy experience for the shop

I m not feeling well for this shop, because when I was waiting table for 3, we would like to order the food first as they said they don’t have much food left, and they let people jump in queue to order the food because they don’t have 3 seats table yet, this is very uncomfortable and disgusting for people who standing there for 45 mins waiting. The staff organisation is very unprofessional for customer service.
