So I've ordered a few items: flat fish, salmon, egg and eel nigiri, negi toro (tuna tartare) maki and a standard Uni temake. Uni was not bad (didn't have old fish taste), and eel was also fine. Problems: the tuna tasted old and the egg was one of those rubbery preserved ones (spat those out). Flat fish was also a little stale. Rice needed more flavouring. I guess the name 'Uni-ya' fits; you go there for Uni and everything else is 'ya-ya (ヤヤ)=so-so'. There were others who seemed to be enjoying their choices so my opinion is, choose with care and you may get lucky. I waited about 20 minutes for my takeaway, in other words try not to pick anything that is too complicated if you are in a rush.
