The brunch worked up our appetites with free-flow cicchetti. Among all of them, we liked the caprese skewer the most. It is a simplest Italian salad and a tribute to the freshest regional flavour. I think it would taste even better if there was less salt added on top.

The seabass tartare was served in a crispy roll with avocado mousse. One bite of it, my palate was appealed to flavours from both ingredients with complex texture. An interesting and fun dish.

The pasta itself was quite well made and served al-dante. Yet it was unexpected that the prawns and green asparagus were served in small pieces with a minute amount. The sauce had the ocean brininess but was too salty for us.

The fish fillet was standard and pan fried to create crispy skin. What I liked the most about this dish, however, was the mashed potato which was very indulging and buttery.

We were very disappointed with this dish. There was barely any flavour from the tomato and ginger marination and the meat was dry and rough.

We enjoyed the cannolo siciliano which had creamy fillings and topped with pistachios. The pastry rolls provided the crunch to the rolls and was satisfying for both the flavour and texture.
