The receptionists have terrible attitude. Constantly ignoring guests. They just stood around and chatted with each other the whole time - extremely unprofessional for a Michelin one star restaurant. When we booked the table on the website, it didn’t say anything about different menus being served upstairs vs downstairs. When we booked the table on the website, it didn’t say anything about different menus being served upstairs vs downstairs. It’s only when we got there that we were told that downstairs has a different menu and we wouldn’t be able to order their signature chicken dish.
It was a warm evening when we arrived, so we asked if we could switch to the indoor Lounge area instead (there are a number of tables unoccupied). The receptionist said she can’t do that because “the lounge is full”. During the entire dinner time, there were a few tables in the lounge that remained completely empty.
Hugely disappointing experience. The service level is astonishingly poor for a Michelin restaurant.
