Many items including beef egg steamed rice and beef ball were out of stocks at around 1 pm today. Half options of their steamed rice were not available. I think it is not reasonable for a chain store with this incapacity to provide this poor service. The service provided by the staff also was not acceptable. I was told that side dishes were no more after finishing payment and she said that it was not necessarily be provided, it is an extra item.I am so surprised that the quality of the foods are

I am so surprised that the quality of the foods are different between chain stores.
Still, I want to mention that the chain store in Tsuen Wan is very outstanding.
