Celebrating Birthday with my girl friendWe wanna to eat Parma Ham Salad, so I suggest there was an Italian Deli I hop in few days ago and bought some Balsamic vinigar and cookies and realized they got a little cozy place on 2nd floor, so we headed to it around 6.30pm, it was still early for dinner, we walked in the restaurant, a unifomed staff wearing optical approach us and we said we'd like to have dinner up stairs, she stared at us and said "Oh! We wanna to eat Parma Ham Salad, so I suggest there was an Italian Deli I hop in few days ago and bought some Balsamic vinigar and cookies and realized they got a little cozy place on 2nd floor, so we headed to it around 6.30pm, it was still early for dinner, we walked in the restaurant, a unifomed staff wearing optical approach us and we said we'd like to have dinner up stairs, she stared at us and said "Oh! Did you reserve a table?!" (her sounds like if you didn't make a reservation it's impossible to dine at the restaurant), she turned around and walk to the stairs and voiced to upstairs, then she nodded her head and let us walk upstair, it was not totally full at that time, in fact we choosed to seat by the window bar seat since we wanna to catch up and talk.
A sweet face waitress served us and take our order, since there is no salad with Parma ham in the menu, so we choose two kinds of salad and a cold cut platter, I specifically asked the waitress if we can have just parma ham (because me and my girl friend doesn't like the salami thing) and she said OK, (I dun mind if they gave us little portion even they take away the salami) after a while, the waitress came back to us and told us they can't make it just parma ham, so I said OKay, can I just go downstairs and buy some and dine with our order and she said OK.
After a while I went downstairs and buy some and take it back upstairs, the lady in uniform stopped me and told me I can't dine the parma ham with my order. She would charage me extra if I do that. At that time, I was confused and feeling so trouble at all, we are just celebrating a birthday and we wanna to eat Parma Ham salad and catch up, thing became so bother and annoying!!! I told her then we wouldn't eat the Parma Ham I bought from downstairs.
I didn't blame the sweet face waitress, because I think she just follow what kitchen told her, but the uniformed lady attitude was really bad the minute we walked into the restaurant, even when I go downstairs and buy parma ham and she was the one who served me, she was so rude!
Money was not the matter but our dinner was so unplesant!
