This shop thrives on lending out their shop premises to fandoms of Kpop groups to celebrate important occasions. In return, fandoms help bring in a stable source of revenue, as customers normally have to buy a drink before they can get the free gifts provided by organisers of the event. This shop promised the venue, for the same time period, to 3 fandoms respectively. Notwithstanding the fact that they entered into agreements with 3 respective fandoms for the SAME time period, fandoms were shocked when they realised their decorations were taken down by other fandoms… fans visited the shop expecting to purchase drinks in return for souvenirs, yet all they saw were deco for another fandom. Is it so hard to keep tab on your own timetable? Safe to say they lost the trust and respect of two fandoms at the very least.
