As my heading says, it was simply unreasonably priced and the food quality was very average at best. The 3 of us went there for dinner and the total bill was HK$2500! We ordered 3 bottles of sake (about $130 per bottle) so understandably the bill would need to factor that into account. We ordered some sushi and rolls but they were at best average quality. The fish wasn't all that fresh to start of with and I would get better sushi at Oliver's supermarket in Central for lunch.
The grill chicken wings were ok in terms of taste but they were not fully cooked and had a small amount of blood dripping around the bones. Given the bird flu scare these days, it was unacceptable.
The grill chicken pieces were overally the better food we had during the night. Meat was tender and tasty.
We also ordered butter clams - not tasty at all and the clams were mid- to small-sized but I think they cost HK$128 on their own.
We ordered other food as well but none of them was that good for me to remember.
I left the restaurant feeling only half of my stomach filled...
Will never go back!!
