I was meeting a group of university friends for dinner tonight and one of them suggested that we can meet up at Jolly restaurant as it was opened not long ago and the reviews seemed positive. It was located at Kimberly Road, along that stretch where alot of Korean restaurants were. Their menu was very comprehensive, offering dinner sets as well as ala carte menu. Besides serving Canton cuisine, they served hotpots as well. Soup was clear and tasty, using green carrot, sweet corns and pork ribs

Soup was clear and tasty, using green carrot, sweet corns and pork ribs to cook. The soup absorbed the essence of the ingredients, thus it was sweet as well.
Sweet and sour pork - Pork was sweet and sour in taste, very appetizing. It was chewy as well, and pineapple were juicy too.
Chicken pot - It was marinated till very flavourful and chicken was very soft and smooth, and the serving was huge as well.
Vegetables were cooked till very soft and juicy, crunchy as well. Soup was clear, not too flavourful.
