PABLO Modern Mexican Cocina (已結業)

Imagine going into a restaurant where the dish costs HKD 138.00 for Nachos and there is no guacamole, no sour cream or real cheese! They used velvet on nachos. I was also told that you cannot get any dish with beef, because the owners are Indian and the do not believe in eating beef. I believe in eating beef and their beliefs are not mine, nor are they what Mexicans believe. The dish didn't taste too bad, but I am still trying to get the Velvet cheese taste out of my mouth.
