Foodie adventures in the dark dark side. 腸粉 is a difficult dish to perfect 👌🏼 but this restaurant was able to wrap both 叉燒 and shrimp variants in a very thin layer of rice flour, which speaks volumes of the chef’s ability. Sadly he was also a bit careless as we found a piece of shrimp shell stuck inside 🙈😢🦐
