Honey bought the 500 hkd groupon coupon for Japanese restaurant 水木 (locates in Wan Chai) and from its advertisement, it certainly goods quite good. However, we came out with disappointment. You can checked the photo for the set menu as it contains truck loads of food. But in reality, the portion isnt really big at all. Everything is just a bit soso and nothing really special including the sashimi, tempura, grill chicken wings, the miso soup, and toro rice. The A4 beef they have advertised is just slice beef salad instead. Beef got good taste but isnt really tendered. Chicken wing is a bit dry. Tempura is ok and so does the toro rice. One thing we are hugely disappoint is that from the menu, they include the grilled pork but in fact they replaced it with soft bone chicken, which is served together with the chicken wing. We didnt realize this until towards the end as they didnt mention in the beginning.

For 500 dollors plus 10% service charge is barely justified based on the food quality. As it have advertised that the value is more than 1600 hkd? I think it is misleading and laughable.

Very average ... that would be my verdict.
