They were my all time fave 2 years old but today (8/8/2020) I went there with my friend for lunch. It was a disaster. I feel like we were in a place for Yum Cha instead of a decent Japanese restaurant. It was very noisy and staff are not professional at all. At first, the table next to us kept talking loudly. You know, due to the covid-19, each table can accommodate up to 2 people only but I guess that table came with a group of friends, so there were different people keep standing in front of t
However, we waited for a while for ordering food and the waitress didn’t catch what we ordered. We have to repeat twice. When the food came, no one served us soy sauce. When we paid the bill, that waitress kept talking to others loudly at the same time and didn’t pass us the bill politely. What’s more, the bad service is not just about the front staff but also the chef at the sushi bar! They kept touching their surgical mask when making sushi . And sometimes, he took off his mask and drank sake with the customers at the bar. I can accept just a single sip but not keep talking without the mask and even laugh. Those sashimi was right in front of him without cover.
I don’t know what happened to this restaurant but I would NEVER go back again! This is not recommended! Thank you
