Highly recommend this place, it is a hidden gem! For $640 per person, you get appetizers, 12 skewers, rice bowl / chicken ramen and dessert. Skewers were charcoal grilled and were grilled perfectly. Everything was super juicy and tender, and would definitely revisit. Food quality was on point too. 🍽 Appetizers: Seasonal vegetables, karaage and beef tongue. •Chicken crown – not a lot of places offer chicken crown in HK. Similar texture to tongue / mushroom.

•Chicken softbone
•Chicken wing tip – very fatty as well
•Chicken with red onions – spicy and peppery flavor goes well with the chick
•Chicken chin – had such a distinct smell, personally, I do not enjoy this
•Shiitake mushroom
•Chicken wing – super good
•Chicken thigh with leeks
🍽 Homemade tsukune: made with chicken softbone and lightly glazed, I loved the texture
🍽 Chicken broth ramen 💯 – this was surprisingly good. The chicken broth was really rich and creamy, definitely worth ordering!
