Haven't been there for a couple of years. Had lunch there today.....ordered 叉鵝飯As the saying goes..the best foods should have 色香味 all 3 elements. Here's my comments on my 叉鵝飯Rice.....so dry that I almost choked. I prefer rice that's a bit dry but this was extreme. 鵝 did not have 色,香, or 味. The skin was dull, sign that it has been sitting there for a long time, surprising given that it's only lunch time. Meat was tough, and did not have the goose taste. Skin was not crispy.
The sauce had nice 色, but I can't smell any 香 and it did not have any 味. It was interested to also see that the sauce was thicker than most sauce used for BBQ rice.
For $45....I will not go back there again.
