I went there hoping to taste tradition. Their noodles got such a reputation and I had a lot of expectations. Left with great disappointment and will not be returning. Although their noodles tasted very al dente, everything else was very pedestrian. Their wonton and signature dry noodle were both something I can find a better version of at most local places in hk. Their service was also lacking. They were so confused that they gave us the wrong thing and gave us 2 bills. We also ordered a chicken
Although their noodles tasted very al dente, everything else was very pedestrian. Their wonton and signature dry noodle were both something I can find a better version of at most local places in hk. Their service was also lacking. They were so confused that they gave us the wrong thing and gave us 2 bills. We also ordered a chicken rice which took very long. When we asked about it, they brushed us off and just said that item usually takes longer. Won’t be back again.
