I’m with very big disappointment on the service of it. I went there on 23Dec for a premium lunch with two glasses of wine. The food was ok but I was with big disappointment on the service quality…We finished our fish at 1417 and the sirloin arrived us in 18mins at 1435, we completed the sirloin at 1450 while I noticed there were two staff kept busy tidying up the two tables surrounding us… we had been waiting for our tea for 14mins, meaning we hv our tea only at 1504 and dessert came only at 151

The big disappointment was then a staff came to us right after serving dessert and told us to complete quickly as they would need a clean up at 1500. I never experienced a premium grade restaurant would serve customers like that… in 6mins, the staff came and told us to complete it asap as they need a cleanup!
Funny enough another staff told us to blow the candle first… why were we instructed by the staff to blow the candle while we were already busy rushing to complete the dessert! This is quite nonsense for a premium grade restaurant or I’m over expecting them?
What a disappointing service, we questioned ourselves why we were spending $2,500+ for this quality of service, it was apparently the staff served us late in between some dishes… I saw there were still some other customers outside our room when we left… This is very disappointing service… if you look for a good service restaurant… you’d better choose others…
On the food, it was not bad. The superb view on 101/F is remarkable too. If you have bday or anniversary to celebrate, the dessert came with music box is amazing too but again hope your mood won’t be ruined by the bad quality of service by them.
