峰壽司 (已結業)

Sushi bar has become so popular in Hong Kong nowadays and it's growing so fast. I've tried different chains but I think 峰壽司's sushi are quite fresh and up to standard. Its sushi are more traditional and I like to stick with that. (Some other sushi bar plays too much gimmick). It's sashimi are very fresh, handrolls are good with adequate amount of filling. Another MUST-ORDER item would be fried oyster. THUMBS UP.!!
