very inflexible, will never come again

Being a vegetarian, I asked the staff (who looked more senior than other staff) whether I could have the laksa with veggies instead of the fish cake and prawn.  The answer to me was simply "No, cannot!"  I queried they must have veggies in their kitchen, plus there is in the menu a plate of vegetables for $26 or $28, why is it that they could not replace the fish cakes and prawns with the same veggies.  His answer to me was again "No, we cannot! Nothing can be changed."  I ended up not ordering

Nothing can be changed."  I ended up not ordering anything and just watched my non-vegetarian friend eat. I will never visit this place again.  There are plenty of places in HK, non-vegetarian restaurants, which are willing and happy to accommodate different requests from customers.
