tonight i just had a dinner in Nam Ah with 3 friends of mine. we ordered 3 set meals and everything is fine at first. we eat and talk and eat and talk as usual. after a while, the meal has stop coming and we assumed we had all we ordered. then saying after 30 mins of the last meal being placed on our table. the waitress has told us that there is still one meal has not been delivered. we notice that only after she inform us, but by that time, we all feel full and we ask if the meal is being prepa
but look the whole point from my perspective is, she tried to demonistrate that she are actually on top of their customer. nothing about the cost issue since they never prepared for it. and saying the cost of the drink is $5? or $10? come on, you got to be kidding that the meal could save it for next time and the drink is not. and the bottomline is we paid for everything tonight, not a single thing being discounted or left unpaid for their delay of meal delivery continution. what did they lost actually? i guess probably any potential customer after watching this comment.
