tonight i just had a dinner in Nam Ah with 3 friends of mine. we ordered 3 set meals and everything is fine at first. we eat and talk and eat and talk as usual. after a while, the meal has stop coming and we assumed we had all we ordered. then saying after 30 mins of the last meal being placed on our table. the waitress has told us that there is still one meal has not been delivered. we notice that only after she inform us, but by that time, we all feel full and we ask if the meal is being prepa

tonight i just had a dinner in Nam Ah with 3 friends of mine. we ordered 3 set meals and everything is fine at first. we eat and talk and eat and talk as usual. after a while, the meal has stop coming and we assumed we had all we ordered. then saying after 30 mins of the last meal being placed on our table. the waitress has told us that there is still one meal has not been delivered. we notice that only after she inform us, but by that time, we all feel full and we ask if the meal is being prepared. and the answer is not yet but it only takes very short period of time to get it done. we said we can't eat anymore and they offer us the take away option. since we don't want to was't any food as it won't taste the same after it get cold. we ask i we could have a coupon for that meal and we can enjoy it next time here. they reluctantly agreed and give us their business card with the outstanding meal on it. then we notice we haven't ordered the drink of the set too. and we ask if we could add the never ordered drink on it too. they involuntary add it on too. but by the time we paid, the boss (lady) appears to be very unhappy about all this (actually she is watching all this from a distance and never come to us and have to leave the waitress walking and asking for her permission) and she saying the drink is can't save it for next time and again offer us the generous take away option. i ask if the drink is prepared? we never order how could it been ordered actually and they never said it been.

but look the whole point from my perspective is, she tried to demonistrate that she are actually on top of their customer. nothing about the cost issue since they never prepared for it. and saying the cost of the drink is $5? or $10? come on, you got to be kidding that the meal could save it for next time and the drink is not. and the bottomline is we paid for everything tonight, not a single thing being discounted or left unpaid for their delay of meal delivery continution. what did they lost actually? i guess probably any potential customer after watching this comment.
