Extremely poor service with impolite waitress not willing to provide, albeit minimum, assistance in this Wanchai Al Dente.  Customers are helpless with wrong food and no proper utensils.  Steak was overcooked.  Water drippage from ceiling to table and nuisance to customers ignored.   As a regular customer who has dined at different Al Dente restaurants (central, TST, Wanchai….) for more than 15 years, I was shocked how Al Dente serves customers now.  I feel ashamed and won’t recommend this resta
