CUHK is inclusive and diverse, embracing 兩文三語. If you know your customer struggle to understand Cantonese, you can speak English or Mandarin. Instead, you rolled your eyes several times with great impatience! I don't think this is a good way to treat others, not to mention your customers. Be the light? Can you show

I don't think this is a good way to treat others, not to mention your customers. Be the light? Can you show some light in your face first? Respect is mutual and I sympathize the rude person because you don't know how to respect others. And you will never win respect unless you learn it first.
