I did give many many chances to Starbucks but I think its really my last time of complaint. Why we paid for suffering the horrible services? The male staff even shouted at me that "YOU SHOULD NOT PLAY ON PHONE" because I asked why he didn't call my drink when its ready. I am not standing in front of the barrister because I don't want to push anyone. So I usually sat down and played a game on my mobile for a while, it doesn't mean my ears are not working. I wondered why that staff did not mention my name when the drink is ready? I am sure he did not as there is NO STICKER ON THE DRINK! But the funniest is I am your holy Gold member but receiving the worst service in earth. Wow! Thank you!
