Tai Cheong bakery is a shop where you can find the most famous egg tarts in Hong Kong. The bakery was packed with people when we visited. The egg tart was so hot when i bought them that i could barely hold it in my hand. Their egg tarts has an extremely rich yellow hue which is a prelude to its rich taste. The crust was really flaky and buttery, and would crumble in your fingers should you hold it with too much force. The egg custard was super smooth and creamy, and overall it wasn't too sweet as well.
