Very bad service for the black tall female staff with “Dreadlocks” tight hair (not Asian), she was working at the cashier & in charge of making coffee.
When we placed orders, we misunderstood that with ZA credit card entitled the promotion for “buy 1 get 1 free”, then her response is very rude & impatient to us, said only free for 1 cup for 1 receipt.
Then at last, I placed order for 2 Americano plus 1 Latte, I had already told her that I will pay for the extra cup, but seems she couldn’t hear & made her own assumption, so she only placed 1 Americano plus 1 Latte for me; luckily I found out the missing order by myself, if not, it took another longer time to wait for the missing cup.
Luckily, at last there was another staff (shorter asian) helps me pack the coffee, with very nice sincere help.
Then the bad service staff was busy make the coffee.
Very bad & rude service, never thought this happened at Pacific Place.
